The COMPREHENSIVE SHORELAND PROTECTION ACT

This important legislation helps protect our lakes from erosion and sedimentation as a result of construction and land use activities within 250’ of the shore. There are improvements to the Shoreline Protection Act that will take effect in April of 2008. We will post this information soon!
