The NLRA welcomed Boyd Smith as Executive Director in March 2006. Boyd has long-term connections to the Newfound Lake area and its community that translate into familiarity with the local environment and a heartfelt passion for the land and people served by the Association.  In February 2010 the Association was pleased to hire Nikki Wooster-Goodwin of Alexandria, NH as our Program Director.
