Funding for Every Acre Counts: The Newfound Watershed Management Plan Implementation - Phase I was approved by the NH Governor and Executive Council in May 2010.  This 30-month project received $127,960 in funds, with a similar amount of committed labor match, to implement key recommendations of Every Acre Counts (2009, see below).  Reports and other information from Phase I Implementation will be added to this portion of the project web site as they are completed.  See also Presentations for slides from public meetings.

Newfound Watershed Preliminary Culvert Assessment Report (Dec. 2010)
Files and reports below were created as part of Every Acre Counts: The Newfound Watershed Master Plan, a collaborative project funded in part by USEPA through a Section 319 (Clean Water Act) grant.  Project work was performed from mid-2007 through 2009 with the assistance of the NH Department of Environmental Services, the University of NH, Plymouth State University, and the Newfound Area School District.  Project management and grant administration was the responsibility of the Newfound Lake Region Association.
