Conservation Center Update: May 30, 2025
Dear Newfounder,
There's exciting progress to share about the Grey Rocks Conservation Center! Since my last update, the interior walls are primed and painted, the floors are installed, and the exterior siding is up. The space is truly coming to life. Next up: Phase 1 of landscaping, including parking lot and entryway improvements to prepare for visitors.
As we prepare to move in, I'm thrilled to announce plans for a Grand Opening Celebration! Please save the date: Thursday, July 24th at 9:00am for our opening ceremony. The opening ceremony will kick of three days of events and activities to celebrate the opening, running through Saturday, July 26th. You'll receive an invitation with full details soon!
We wouldn't be here without you. Your support has helped turn this vision into reality—from the first design sketches to a nearly finished conservation and education center to benefit the community. We are so grateful for your believe in this project and for the role you've played in bringing it to life.

You’re also invited to get a sneak peek tour of the Conservation Center during two upcoming June events:
